Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions, please take the time to read through them. We like to keep things simple and transparent and as a client it’s not necessary to sign an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply.
2. Charges
Charges for products or services to be provided by Digital Job Network will be fully detailed to you in a quote. All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all services require an advance payment of fifty percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to you for approval or amends. The final balance of the invoice is payable at the completion of the project and live date in the case of a website. Marketing campaigns will be billed monthly in advance.
Payment for services is by bank transfer and bank details will be made available on invoices.
3. Client Approval
Digital Job Network will work with the client throughout the website design process and we will provide you with the opportunity to approve the appearance and content of the website during the design and once the overall website is completed. Your website will not go live without your final approval.
4. Project Timeline
Digital Job Network will agree a project timeline with the client upon engagement and acceptance of quote. To manage this we may require the client to provide content, images, text etc and we ask that you do this within the agreed timeline to allow us to deliver your website within our mutually agreed timeframe. Where the client requires additional images/assets outside of those included in your selected package, Digital Job Network can provide these at an additional cost.
5. Web Browsers
Digital Job Network will make every effort to ensure websites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors across different devices. Our websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers inc Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox etc, however Digital Job Network cannot accept responsibility for web pages that do not display correctly in future versions of browsers released after the website has been designed and handed over to you, the client unless included in your selected package.
6. Indemnity
All Digital Job Network services may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Job Network harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our service that damages you or any other party.
7. Copyright
The Client retains the copyright to all data, images, and content provided to us by you, and grants Digital Job Network the rights to publish and use such material. As the client you must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The Client is responsible for granting Digital Job Network permission and rights for use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Job Network from any and all claims resulting from the Client’s negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions.
8. Domain Names
Digital Job Network may purchase domain names on behalf of the Client for an initial 12 months, the client will have the option to renew this on an annual basis for an additional charge. Late payment may result in the loss or cancellation of the domain. Digital Job network will contact the client in good time to allow the client to make a decision. Domain names are subject to availability and Digital Job Network cannot guarantee the name you request will be available however we will work with you to find the best possible alternative.
9. Liability
Digital Job Network excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
Loss or damage caused by omission;
Loss or damage caused by delay or error, whether the result of negligence or other cause in the production of the web site;
Loss or damage to clients’ artwork/photos, supplied for the site. Immaterial whether the loss or damage results from negligence or otherwise.
The entire liability of Digital Job Network to the Client in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement in respect of which the breach has arisen.
